Delanta Wiseman

Chef de Cuisine, Hawthorne

Delanta was part of the opening team at Hawthorne and was promoted to Sous Chef in October 2016. In June 2018 Delanta transferred to Mission Dupont, where he served as Head Production Chef. After a brief sabbatical, Delanta returned to Hawthorne in 2021 and now serves as Chef de Cuisine. Prior to joining the Mission Group team, he worked at the Washington Convention Center, Fire Station 1 for six years and Scion. He was born and raised in Washington DC, is a die-hard Wizards fan and can be found fishing and grilling when not overseeing Hawthorne's kitchen.
