Jamaii Crutchfield

Assistant General Manager, Mission Navy Yard

Jamaii was born in Temple, Texas, grew up in Austin and currently resides in Rockville, Maryland. He joined the hospitality industry after serving as an Army Air Traffic Control Engineer. He started as a service manager for the private gym Titan Total Training and then decided to take his talents to the restaurant side after having dinner at Unchi by Tyson Cole. He was fortunate to join Qui in Austin by Top Chef Texas and James Beard award winner Paul Qui. He began as the Service Manager and quickly rose to General Manager. After leaving Qui and moving to Maryland Jamaii has worked for Bowlero Corp and Pinstripes. When not at work Jamaii spends his time answering every off-the-wall question from his ten-year-old son Justice, explaining why Texas is bigger and better and searching for the best craft old fashioned.
