Chef De Cuisine, The Admiral

Over the past several years Samuel has had extensive experience running a variety of restaurants in luxury hotels across the country, including the JW Marriott in San Antonio, Pebble Beach in California and, most recently, the W Hotel in Washington DC. He has assisted in multiple restaurant openings and has developed skills in a variety of cuisines. When Chef Sam isn't in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Molé, cooking with his family and visiting museums around the city.
