Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Fritz Brogan is the co-founder and managing partner of Mission Group, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest independent hospitality groups, with a portfolio of high-volume bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the city. He started as a college bouncer and bartender before building a career spanning hospitality, law, government, politics and business. He serves on the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, is a Trustee of the Federal City Council, and is a board member of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington. He is also an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he serves as a chapter chair. In addition to his work with Mission Group, Fritz invests in and advises multiple companies and serves on several corporate boards. Earlier in his career, he practiced law and served as deputy chief of staff to then-Florida Governor Rick Scott, as well as a senior advisor to elected officials and candidates for statewide and federal office. A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Fritz graduated from Georgetown University and Georgetown University Law Center.
